DreamPlan Home Design Software is a handy solution for home and landscape planning that can be effectively used by anyone. Due to the fact that it’s simple and easy-to-use, even beginners can employ this neat tool to create simple plans of a house. The main advantage of this program is the straightforward interface that allows adding elements to the plan and easily manipulating them.
Even though simplicity is its main characteristic, it still provides plenty of useful features and capabilities. Therefore, it enables you to create realistic 3D home models that include the floor plan, walls, stories, roofs, and more. You can also choose custom set colors, textures, furniture, decorations and so on. It is suitable for designing plans of a house, condo or apartment alike. It's also possible to plan the exterior landscape and even garden spaces.
I also like that it allows you to switch between 3D, 2D, and blueprint view modes. The 3D mode provides a more realistic experience while the other modes could have been more suitable for printing or exporting the plans, if this was a feature supported by this program. Unfortunately, DreamPlan Home Design Software doesn’t offer any printing or exporting functions, and this is quite an important downside, in my opinion. Anyway, it’s a free tool with plenty of cool features, so it’s still worth giving it a try.
